  • Hey Falcons, it is getting kind of chilly outside, so you know what you need?  New Frontenac clothing.  We have toques, hats, sweaters, wind breakers, gloves and scarfs.  Visit the Frontenac e-store today!

  • Ladies – Slumber in the Nest is coming!  Friday, November 9 is the night for an evening of games, fun and friends.  Join us for our annual sleepover.  Girls in all grades are invited to participate.  You can pick up a permission form on the bulletin board outside Room 220.

  • All Frontenac Soccer Players and referees there are five days of grade 7-8 soccer tournaments for the LDSB coming up in the next week and we are looking for referees.  Refs will be paid $20 cash per game.  If interested, see Mr. Brown at Acadie or in Gym 3 at 11:20 a.m. during FSS lunch.

  • Hey Frontenac:  Next week, we commemorate the life of Terry Fox.  Terry’s dream was to raise $1 for every Canadian during his Marathon of Hope.  Please donate in home-forms next week.

  • Last night the Junior Girls basketball team defeated Napanee in the first league game of the season.  The team plays tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Queen’s .

  • The KASSAA Golf Championship was held yesterday at Loyalist and Frontenac Golfers played well but missed out moving on to EOSSAA in the team event.  Madison Barber and Nick Adair qualified for EOSSAA in the individual event.  Thanks to all players for their efforts this year!

  • The Senior Football team lost a close one last night in Sydenham 19-14.  The Falcons had touchdowns by Noah Leinweber and Liam Birchall, while the defense was lead by Omar Komeha and Arjun Bedi.

  • Last night the Senior Boys Volleyball team began their KASSAA season beating Napanee 3-1.  Player of the match goes to Cyrus Cowlan who played excellent defense and put away 17 kills.  Great start boys!

  • There is a percussion tutorial today at lunch in the music room.  This is for all students involved in FSS Band.

  • Congratulations to the Junior Boys Volleyball team on their season opening win in Napanee last night.  The boys won in three straight sets backed by a 12-point service run from Clancy Johnson!

  • Congratulations to the Junior Football team on their 20-11 win at Sydenham yesterday.  Touchdowns scored by Jacob Hatfied, Jake Venditti and Connor Briand.
